My niece Annie (Liz) told me of this restaurant in Vegas, which is actually one of their favorites!!  But I wonder if orientals realize how funny (and off color) the names are of some of their businesses (also see photo to the left)!!  There's also a second restaurant in this chain in Vegas called (of course) Pho Kim Long II (Not my or her photo but found on another website.)
